1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Forge AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Forge AI provides AI-generated startup validation, planning, growth and conversion recommendations. Output is informational and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be 13 years or older to use the Service.

4. Plans & payments

Paid plans (Lite, Pro, Founder Lifetime) are billed manually via UPI. Monthly plans provide 30 days of access from the date of admin approval. Founder Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Payments are reviewed manually and access is granted typically within 24 hours. We may refuse or reverse access if a payment cannot be verified.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Service, payments are non-refundable once your plan is activated. Contact us within 24 hours of payment if access was never granted.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it by means other than the provided interface, submit illegal or harmful content, or use AI output to deceive, spam, or harass others.

7. Content & IP

You own the inputs you submit. AI-generated outputs are provided to you under a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use for any lawful purpose. The Forge AI brand, interface, and code remain our property.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
